Tai chi is an internal martial art based on the principles of non-resistance and harmony.

Externally, it’s an art of movement for health and self-defense, internally a meditation,
a science of mind and energy.

Based in the 11th arrondissement (district) of Paris, we offer to study the Tai Chi developed by master Huang Sheng Shyan, student of Cheng Man Ching, student of Yang Chen Fu and brought to Europe and China by Patrick Kelly.

Courses are given by Frederic Gilles.
